About the NJAC
The Northwest Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) is comprised of 39 public and private high schools located in Morris, Sussex, and Warren counties in New Jersey. The conference is dedicated to promoting excellence in athletics, fostering sportsmanship, and providing opportunities for student-athletes to compete at the highest level.
All NJAC member schools are members of the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association (NJSIAA) and compete in accordance with NJSIAA rules and regulations.
Conference Mission
The Northwest Jersey Athletic Conference strives to:
- Promote fair competition and sportsmanship among member schools
- Provide opportunities for student-athletes to develop their athletic skills
- Foster positive relationships between schools and communities
- Support the educational mission of our member schools through athletics
- Maintain high standards of integrity and ethical conduct in all athletic programs
